INITIAL COMMUNICATION & HELLO MEETING
We begin by sitting down with you to gain a clear understanding of your overall vision, including plans, drawings, and square footage. This also gives us the opportunity to get to know you as a client and ensure we align with your goals and expectations.
INITIAL SQUARE FOOTAGE ESTIMATE
Following our initial discussions, we will use your plans and square footage to develop a detailed preliminary estimate for your review. This estimate will be broken down into heated and non-heated living spaces and will include allowances for mid-grade finishes, as well as a contingency fee to account for potential unforeseen expenses.
CONTRACT & VALUE ENGINEERING
Once the preliminary square footage estimate is approved, we’ll move forward with the contract and begin the value engineering process. During this phase, our subcontractors will meet with you directly to ensure your specific preferences and priorities are fully considered in the final cost. After value engineering is complete, we will update the contract to reflect any pricing adjustments based on your selections.
JOB PROGRESS, WEEKLY REPORTS & BUDGET MEETINGS
Once construction is underway, we provide weekly progress reports that include photos and timeline updates to keep you informed every step of the way. Additionally, we offer monthly budget meetings—available upon request—to help ensure your project stays on track both financially and operationally.
